This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Traffic Signs, Lights, and Markings.” It is part of Chapter 8 “Regulation of Traffic”, which is part of Subtitle III “Operation”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.
