This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Issuance of Temporary License Plates by Dealers.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Motor Vehicle Dealers”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Dealers and Driver Training Schools”, which is part of Title 46.2 “Motor Vehicles”.

It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.

§ 46.2-1557.3	Exclusion of transit buses, all-terrain vehicles, and off-road motorcycles
