This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Structures Dangerous to Aircraft.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Aircraft, Airmen and Airports Generally”, which is part of Title 5.1 “Aviation”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 5.1-25.1	Permit required for erection of certain structures
