This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Acquisition, Establishment and Operation Generally; Outside Easements.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Municipal and County Airports and Other Air Navigation Facilities”, which is part of Title 5.1 “Aviation”.

It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
