This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 11.1 “Disability Program for Hybrid Retirement Program Participants”, which is part of Title 51.1 “Pensions, Benefits, and Retirement”.
It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
