This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Administration of Program.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Sickness and Disability Program”, which is part of Title 51.1 “Pensions, Benefits, and Retirement”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 51.1-1136	Limitation on coverage
§ 51.1-1137	Keeping records and furnishing information required by Board
§ 51.1-1138	Benefits exempt from process
§ 51.1-1139	Policies to provide for accounting to Board; advance premium deposit reserve
§ 51.1-1140	Funding of program; Disability Insurance Trust Fund established
