Prisoner Programs and Treatment

This is Article 7 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Prisoner Programs and Treatment.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Local Correctional Facilities”, which is part of Title 53.1 “Prisons and Other Methods of Correction”.

It’s comprised of the following 15 sections.

§ 53.1-128 Workforces and authorized work places
§ 53.1-129 Order permitting prisoners to work on state, county, city, town, certain private property or nonprofit organization property; bond of person in charge of prisoners
