This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Crimes by Prisoners.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Crimes and Criminal Proceedings Involving Prisoners”, which is part of Title 53.1 “Prisons and Other Methods of Correction”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
