This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 15 “Hearing Aid Specialists and Opticians”, which is part of Subtitle II “Professions and Occupations Regulated by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and Boards Within the Department”, which is part of Title 54.1 “Professions and Occupations”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
