This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Real Estate Transaction Recovery Act.” It is part of Chapter 21 “Real Estate Brokers, Sales Persons and Rental Location Agents”, which is part of Subtitle II “Professions and Occupations Regulated by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and Boards Within the Department”, which is part of Title 54.1 “Professions and Occupations”.
