§ 54.1-2144 Common law abrogated

The common law of agency relative to brokerage relationships in real estate transactions to the extent inconsistent with this article shall be expressly abrogated.

History

This law was first created in 1995. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapters 741 and 813 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year.
