This is Chapter 7 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Barbers and Cosmetologists.” It is part of Subtitle II “Professions and Occupations Regulated by the Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and Boards Within the Department”, which is part of Title 54.1 “Professions and Occupations”.
