This is Chapter 40 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pawnbrokers.” It is part of Subtitle V “Occupations Regulated by Local Governing Bodies”, which is part of Title 54.1 “Professions and Occupations”.

It’s comprised of the following 14 sections.
