This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Joint Ownership of Real or Personal Property.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Creation and Limitation of Estates”, which is part of Subtitle I “Property Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
