This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Form and Effect of Deeds of Trust; Sales Thereunder; Assignments; Releases.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Form and Effect of Deeds and Covenants; Liens”, which is part of Subtitle I “Property Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
