This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Effect of Certain Expressions in Deeds.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Form and Effect of Deeds and Covenants; Liens”, which is part of Subtitle I “Property Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.

It’s comprised of the following 11 sections.

§ 55.1-360 Covenant for "quiet possession" and "free from all encumbrances."
§ 55.1-361 Covenant for "further assurances."
