This is Chapter 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Exchange Facilitators Act.” It is part of Subtitle II “Real Estate Settlements and Recordation”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.
