This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Landlord Remedies.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Virginia Residential Landlord and Tenant Act”, which is part of Subtitle III “Rental Conveyances”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.

It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.

§ 55.1-1245 (Effective the later of July 1, 2028, or 7 years after the COVID-19 pandemic state of emergency expires) Noncompliance with rental agreement; monetary penalty
§ 55.1-1246 Barring guest or invitee of a tenant
