This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Creation, Alteration, and Termination of Condominiums.” It is part of Chapter 19 “Virginia Condominium Act”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Common Interest Communities”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
