This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 21 “Virginia Real Estate Cooperative Act”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Common Interest Communities”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
