This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Financing.” It is part of Chapter 22 “Virginia Real Estate Time-Share Act”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Common Interest Communities”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
