This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Definitions; Property Abandoned or Assumed Abandoned.” It is part of Chapter 25 “Virginia Disposition Of Unclaimed Property Act”, which is part of Subtitle V “Miscellaneous”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
