This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “What Constitutes Lawful Fence.” It is part of Chapter 28 “Trespasses; Fences”, which is part of Subtitle V “Miscellaneous”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.
