This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Cattle Guards and Gates Across Rights-of-Way.” It is part of Chapter 28 “Trespasses; Fences”, which is part of Subtitle V “Miscellaneous”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.
It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.
