Division Fences

This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Division Fences.” It is part of Chapter 28 “Trespasses; Fences”, which is part of Subtitle V “Miscellaneous”, which is part of Title 55.1 “Property and Conveyances”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.

§ 55.1-2821	Obligation to provide division fences
