This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Occupation of Streets and Roads.” It is part of Chapter 1 “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 56 “Public Service Companies”.
It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.

| § 56-15 | Permits to place poles, wires, etc., in roads and streets in certain counties; charge therefor |
