This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Pipelines and Other Works.” It is part of Chapter 10 “Heat, Light, Power, Water and Other Utility Companies Generally”, which is part of Title 56 “Public Service Companies”.

It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.
