This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Special Provisions for Mobile Homes.” It is part of Chapter 35 “Tangible Personal Property, Machinery and Tools and Merchants' Capital”, which is part of Subtitle III “Local Taxes”, which is part of Title 58.1 “Taxation”.

It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.

§ 58.1-3520	Local permits required before moving a manufactured home to the place where it is to be used as a place of residence; payment of property taxes before moving manufactured homes
