This is Article 4.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Property Exempted by Local Classification or Designation on or After January 1, 2003.” It is part of Chapter 36 “Tax Exempt Property”, which is part of Subtitle III “Local Taxes”, which is part of Title 58.1 “Taxation”.

It’s comprised of the following 2 sections.

§ 58.1-3651	Property exempt from taxation by classification or designation by ordinance adopted by local governing body on or after January 1, 2003
§ 58.1-3652	Exempt organization's use of property owned by another
