This is Article 10 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Prohibited Acts; Penalties.” It is part of Chapter 41 “Casino Gaming”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Other Sources of State Revenue”, which is part of Title 58.1 “Taxation”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 58.1-4126	Illegal operation; penalty
§ 58.1-4127	Fraudulent use of credential; penalty
§ 58.1-4128	Prohibition on persons under 21 years of age placing wagers and sports betting on youth sports; penalty
§ 58.1-4129	Conspiracies and attempts to commit violations; penalty
§ 58.1-4130	Civil penalties
