This is Article 6 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Criminal Penalties.” It is part of Chapter 29 “Horse Racing and Pari-Mutuel Wagering”, which is part of Title 59.1 “Trade and Commerce”.

It’s comprised of the following 11 sections.

§ 59.1-395 Unlawful conduct of wagering

§ 59.1-399 Bribing of a jockey, driver or other participant
