§ 59.1-458 Waiver prohibited

Any provision of any agreement intending to waive the rights of any party to any provision of this chapter shall be void.

History

This law was first created in 1993. The record of its establishment is cataloged in chapter 736 of that year’s edition of “Acts of Assembly,” the annual state publication listing all changes made to the Code of Virginia in that year. Unfortunately, the 1993 “Acts” aren’t available online.

1993, c. 736.
