This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “General Provisions.” It is part of Chapter 1 “Definitions and General Provisions”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”.

It’s comprised of the following 11 sections.
