This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Loans Exempt From Limit on Contract Rate of Interest.” It is part of Chapter 3 “Interest and Usury”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”.
