This is Article 1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Late Charges and Rebates of Unearned Interest.” It is part of Chapter 4 “Certain Lending Practices”, which is part of Subtitle I “General Provisions”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”.
