This is Article 8 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Other Loans and Investments.” It is part of Chapter 11 “Savings Institutions”, which is part of Subtitle II “Depository Institutions and Trust Organizations”, which is part of Title 6.2 “Financial Institutions and Services”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.

§ 6.2-1186	General investment authority of state savings institutions

§ 6.2-1188	Effect of repeal or amendment of statute or regulation on existing loan or investment
