This is Article 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Virginia Water Resources and Wetlands Protection Program.” It is part of Chapter 3.1 “State Water Control Law”, which is part of Title 62.1 “Waters of the State, Ports and Harbors”.

It’s comprised of the following 5 sections.
