This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Regulation of Sewage Discharges.” It is part of Chapter 3.1 “State Water Control Law”, which is part of Title 62.1 “Waters of the State, Ports and Harbors”.

It’s comprised of the following 13 sections.

§ 62.1-44.18	Sewerage systems, etc., under supervision of Board and Department of Environmental Quality; Board to regulate design specification and plans
