This is Article 4.1 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Close Relative Adoption.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Adoption”, which is part of Subtitle III “Social Services Programs”, which is part of Title 63.2 “Welfare (Social Services)”.
It’s comprised of the following 3 sections.
