This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Complaints Received from Consumers and the Public.” It is part of Chapter 17 “Licensure and Registration Procedures”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Licensure”, which is part of Title 63.2 “Welfare (Social Services)”.

It’s comprised of the following 4 sections.

§ 63.2-1728 Establishment of toll-free telephone line for complaints; investigation on receipt of complaints
§ 63.2-1729 Confidentiality of complainant's identity
§ 63.2-1730 Retaliation or discrimination against complainants
§ 63.2-1731 Retaliation against reports of child or adult abuse or neglect
