This is Article 5 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Creditor's Claims; Spendthrift and Discretionary Trusts.” It is part of Chapter 7 “Uniform Trust Code”, which is part of Subtitle III “Trusts”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
