This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Nonresident Trustees.” It is part of Chapter 14 “Fiduciaries Generally”, which is part of Part A “Fiduciaries”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Fiduciaries and Guardians”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.

It’s comprised of the following 7 sections.

§ 64.2-1428	Transfer of proceeds of sale of real estate of nonresident beneficiary to foreign fiduciary
