This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Powers, Duties, and Liabilities.” It is part of Chapter 20 “Guardianship and Conservatorship”, which is part of Part D “Guardianship of Incapacitated Persons”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Fiduciaries and Guardians”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.

It’s comprised of the following 12 sections.
