This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Jurisdiction.” It is part of Chapter 21 “Uniform Adult Guardianship and Protective Proceedings Jurisdiction Act”, which is part of Part D “Guardianship of Incapacitated Persons”, which is part of Subtitle IV “Fiduciaries and Guardians”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
