This is Chapter 22 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Uniform Simultaneous Death Act.” It is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
