This is Chapter 23 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Persons Presumed Dead.” It is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
