This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Creation, Revocation, and Amendment of Power of Appointment.” It is part of Chapter 27 “Uniform Powers of Appointment Act”, which is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.

It’s comprised of the following 6 sections.
