This is Article 3 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Exercise of Power of Appointment.” It is part of Chapter 27 “Uniform Powers of Appointment Act”, which is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
