This is Article 4 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Disclaimer or Release; Contract to Appoint or Not to Appoint.” It is part of Chapter 27 “Uniform Powers of Appointment Act”, which is part of Subtitle V “Provisions Applicable to Probate and Nonprobate Transfers”, which is part of Title 64.2 “Wills, Trusts, and Fiduciaries”.
