This is Article 2 of the Code of Virginia, titled “Claims of Third Parties to Property Distrained or Levied on.” It is part of Chapter 12 “Interpleader; Claims of Third Parties to Property Distrained or Levied On, Etc”, which is part of Title 8.01 “Civil Remedies and Procedure”.
